研究发现：中药验方强精煎可有效提高男性生育能力（Studies Found：Chinese Medicine Recipes-Qiangjing Decoction can Improve Male Fertility Effectively）

广西中医药大学第一附属医院男科团队历经20年研究发现，中药验方强精煎可有效提高男性生育能力。

After 20 years of research, the andrology department of the first affiliated hospital of guangxi university of traditional Chinese medicine team found that the  chinese medicine recipes-Qiangjing decoction can improve male fertility effectively.

男性不育症是男科常见疾病，根据WHO统计，全世界约有15%的育龄夫妇遭受不育的困扰，男方因素约占50%。

Male infertility is a common disease in andrology. According to the statistics of WHO, about 15% of couples of childbearing age in the world suffer from infertility, and the male factor accounts for about 50%.

随着社会的迅速发展，环境污染加剧，工作压力增加，生活习惯的改变，男性生育能力正逐年下降，在过去20年间，全球男性精子浓度以平均每年2.6%速度下降，正常精子比例和活力平均每年分别下降0.7%和0.3%。

With the rapid development of the society, the aggravation of environmental pollution, the increase of work pressure and the change of  life styles，male fertility is decreasing year by year. In the past 20 years, the global male sperm concentration has decreased at an average rate of 2.6% per year, while the proportion of normal sperm and vitality have decreased by 0.7% and 0.3% per year respectively.

由于病因复杂，发病机制不明确，目前对男性不育症的治疗上仍缺乏针对性的药物，临床上依然采用经验用药为主。

Due to the complex etiology and unclear pathogenesis, there is still a lack of targeted drugs in the treatment of male infertility, and empirical drugs are still mainly used in clinical practice.

中医药治疗男性不育症有独特疗效，传统中医理论认为“肾藏精，主生殖”，肾精的盛衰直接决定人体的生殖机能，肾精充盛促使“天癸”成熟，在男子则表现为“精气溢泻”，肾精亏虚是男性不育症的主要原因。

Traditional Chinese medicine has a unique effect on male infertility. According to the TCM theory, "The肾（shen） stores essence, and governs reproduction. " it rise and fall for the essence of the肾（shen）decides the reproductive function of human body directly, the essence of the肾（shen） essence enriching promotes maturity of "Tiangui" , in the man is shown as "over flow of jing and qi(精气溢泻jing qi yi xie)", the essence of the肾（shen） deficiency is the main reason of male infertility.

广西名中医宾彬教授根据传统中医理论，结合现代社会生活环境的变迁，提出男性不育患者的中医病因病机为以脾肾两虚为本，以湿热瘀阻为标，治疗原则为：以健脾补肾为主，兼以化湿活血为辅，并据此创立验方强精煎。

Combining the TCM theory with modern social changes, Professor Binbin suggested that,male infertility  take deficiency of the 脾（pi）and the 肾（shen） as original cause and hot-humid and blood stasis is the superficial cause，and the therapeutic principle  is mainly based on invigorating 脾（pi） and 肾（shen）(健脾补肾jian pi bu shen)，and partially based on  dispelling dampness and activating blood(化湿活血hua shi huo xue). According  to this theory，Professor Binbin  makes an effective recipe—Qiang Jing decoction.

强精煎于临床应用20余年，疗效确切，为众多不育症患者圆了求子梦。为了更好地明确强精煎治疗男性不育症的作用机制，广中医男科团队在宾彬教授的带领下对强精煎展开长达十余年的深入研究，以强精煎为研究主体获得两项国家自然科学基金项目支持，发表相关论文20余篇。

Qiangjing decoction has been used in clinical practice for more than 20 years，many infertility patients cured by its reliable effect. In order to better demonstrate the mechanisms of Qiangjing decoction in curing male infertility ，the andrology team from first affiliated hospital of Guangxi university of TCM, under the leadership of professor Binbin, carried out in-depth researchers of Qiangjing decoction for more than 10years, and supported by two NSFC projects，published scores of papers in journals.

临床研究表明，强精煎可有效提高精子数量、活力，改善精子形态，促进精液液化，以及提高精子顶体酶功能，且服药期间无明显不良反应。

Clinical studies have shown that Qiang Jing decoction can effectively improve sperm count and motility，reduce sperm abnormal rate， promote semen liquefaction， and improve sperm acrosomal enzyme function, and there is no obvious adverse reaction during drug administration.

动物实验研究显示:

强精煎可改善少弱精子症模型大鼠的附睾和睾丸的超微结构，修复大鼠生精上皮，促进精原细胞的分化，调控精子发生，改善生精障碍，增强受精能力
Animal experimental studies have shown that Qiang Jing decoction can improve the ultrastructure of epididymis and testis, repair the spermatogenic epithelium, promote the differentiation of spermatogenic cells, regulate spermatogenesis, improve the spermatogenic disorder and enhance the ability of fertilization in oligoasthenospermia model rats.

强精煎治疗男性不育症的机制有：

Mechanism of Qiang Jing decoction in the treatment of male infertility are：

1.抑制氧化应激反应，增强氧化酶活性，改善能量代谢

1.Inhibit oxidative stress, enhance oxidase activity, and improve energy metabolism

2.下调少弱精子症模型大鼠附睾精子PDE基因表达水平并显著上调其AC基因表达水平

2. Down-regulated the expression level of PDE gene and up-regulated the expression level of AC gene significantly in epididymal sperm of oligoasthenospermia model rats.

3.提高睾丸和附睾Na + － K + －ATPase 和Ca2 + － ATPase 活性

4.上调了c － kit 及CFTＲ 蛋白表达
